Founded by Dr. Ankita Sharma, a dedicated Ayurvedic physician with over 15 years of experience, our center was established in Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab with a simple yet powerful vision — to restore health and harmony through natural, holistic care.

Born into a family that valued traditional healing, Dr. Ankita Sharma pursued formal training in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, mastering classical techniques alongside modern clinical applications. Over the years, she witnessed the profound transformation Ayurveda brings to people struggling with chronic diseases, stress, hormonal imbalances, and lifestyle disorders.
